Voting For Teens
No, it's not the Teen's Choice Awards, its 9RD's own voting day! Even though the legal voting age is 18, we students had the chance to make our voices count...not literally though. The voting people sent out class a box and some voting papers to see how its done. We asked a few students in our class what they thought of voting, the replies we got were...
'The best part of it was getting a sticker' said Michael, a student of 9R2.
'It was boring because i'm still a teenager' said Victoria.
Neal claimed it was boring while Matt said it was a good idea because 'we get to experience what it was like to vote'
The last comment we received was from Braydon who was confused about it all.
All in all, the voting was a success and many of us can't wait until we are eligible to vote for real.
